Parent Sign In Help

Before parent-teacher interviews, your child's school will send you instructions for making appointments. These instructions will include a parent code or your child's student number. You will need this information to make appointments.

Here is a list of common problems and solutions:

1. I have not received instructions from my child's school
   Please contact the school and ask for more information about parent-teacher interviews.
2. I have entered my information, but it does not work
   If you enter your information and nothing happens, please try using another internet browser (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.). If that does not work, email your name, school name and a description of your problem to support@parentinterview.com
3. I have another problem
   Email your name, school name and a description of the problem to support@parentinterview.com
